available to ensure you have the information and support needed to improve

From telephone and online
support to onsite consultation, Greco Systems provides a range of customer
support options that help its clients achieve and sustain manufacturing
performance. Greco Systems' Customer Service support team is available
by phone from 9am through 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, except certain
holidays.
Largely due to advancing
support tools, Greco Systems technical support is forever improving to
ensure a good experience owning a Greco Systems' product.
Local Distributors
If you purchased your product
through a local distributor, then that distributor is a good place to start
asking for help. Your distributor has advanced training on Greco
Systems' products and has access to Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical
Support Departments. Also, your Representative can provide onsite
services if needed.
Repairs, Refurbishments and
Upgrades
Even
the toughest products occasionally fail or get damaged. Greco Systems
operates several product repair centers. If you should need this
service, contact Customer Service for assistance. They will help you
with getting your product to the correct service repair center. Our
repair centers handle all repairs, refurbishments and upgrades for our
product portfolio. Equipped with state-of-the-art test and measuring
equipment, it offers high quality service in the shortest possible time.
Every repaired unit is fully tested to ensure complete functionality before
it leaves the Greco Repair Center.
To expedite your repair
process, please print a copy of the Return Material Authorization (RMA
Form), complete the form and FAX to 928-445-4994. Don't forget to
provide a FAX return or email address so that we can respond to your
request.
Warranty and Maintenance
Agreements
Greco Systems provides a 1 year
warranty on all hardware and software purchased by its customers. In
addition, annual Software Maintenance Agreements and Hardware Maintenance
Agreements are available to assure the customer of up-to-date technology for
the future. Under Maintenance Agreement, you, the customer, are
entitled to unlimited telephone support in maintaining or expanding your DNC
Network environment.
