communications for upload and download of part programs. DNC software such as WinDNC and WinDCS offer a range of capability from simple transfer of part
programs to "Part Library Folders" that maintain tooling, setup and other essential
information to produce the part while monitoring the operational status of the machine.

WinDCS --
Distributed
Control
System DNC software enables the user to organize their part programs into
folders via a data base. The operator can switch between folders and
standard directory operation. Machine status monitoring is also
available if the customer chooses to connect the machine accordingly. |

e-DNC Explorer -- DNC operator
console ideal for total plant monitoring of machine status and operator
alert messages. e-DNC Explorer provides an easy view of the entire
shop floor operation, providing status and messages transmitted by the
operator when assistance is needed. |

CNC Minifile -- Greco Box, Floppy
disk and RAM disk based part program storage and DNC communication device.
CNC Minifile is a legacy product manufactured by Greco Systems and provides
portable industrial service where customer wishes to move from machine to
machine. |

CNC Station -- Shop Hardened DNC
Workstation/Terminal offered with floppy disk and/or RAM disk for DNC
communications. CNC Station has a built-in Editor and is offered in
RS-232C serial or BTR parallel. This device is also useful to call
part programs for upload and download in a DNC environment. |

MTIC
-- Machine Tool Interface Controller ( or BTR ), paper tape replacement
device and CNC serial protocol translator. The MTIC has selectable
serial protocols built-in to allow certain DNC software packages with
limited protocols to interface with some machines. |

rugged enclosure with options for CPU speed, RAM, interface cards and screen
sizes of 12", 15" and 19". The TSS series is compatible with Vista,

-- Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC) TU-58 emulation using 1.44MB floppy disks
